On December 12–13, 2024, Synkrona took part in the Leaders Workshop held at Hotel Mason Pine, Bandung. This annual event served as an important forum to reflect on Syntek Group’s achievements throughout 2024 while shaping the collective strategic direction for 2025.

Through group discussions, plan presentations, and the formulation of 10 Action Plans 2025 from each division, Synkrona reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening its contributions in realizing Syntek Group’s grand vision. This two-day workshop also marked the closing of the annual agenda and laid a solid foundation for entering the new year with fresh energy and stronger determination.
