ITP Renewables is a leading renewable energy consultancy based in Australia, currently supporting a large-scale initiative to assess and design rooftop solar PV and battery systems for schools across New South Wales. As part of this project, ITP has engaged Synkrona to assist with remote site assessments for around 500 school locations, working collaboratively to evaluate the suitability of rooftops for solar installations and estimate PV capacity.

Synkrona’s role includes identifying viable roof areas, excluding shaded or heritage-protected sections, and providing comments to support feasibility analysis. Using ITP’s internal assessment tools, Synkrona inputs the necessary site data, and the resulting PV capacity estimates are then processed further by ITP to determine the final PV and battery configurations.
