Project Description
GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) and Bappenas (Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional), through ISED (Institute of Social Economic Digital), have launched this project in response to the limited familiarity and awareness of local financial institutions about Solar PV Power Plants (PVPP), which has resulted in minimal financing for PVPP in Indonesia. To implement the initiative, AMC (Asian Management Consulting) was appointed to manage the training program. AMC then engaged Synkrona to develop the training materials and deliver the sessions. The project aims to train participants from AESI (Asosiasi Energi Surya Indonesia), who will later educate representatives from financial institutions using training materials developed by Synkrona, to build a better understanding of PVPP and highlight its potential as a renewable energy source. The training covers four key areas: the technical, financial, regulatory, and risk management aspects of PVPP.
